Project deposits
Deposits are generally used to reserve time, plan work, and begin project setup. Once work has started, deposits may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the work already completed.
Milestone payments
Payments tied to completed milestones, delivered assets, discovery work, strategy, design, development, or consulting time are generally not refundable after the work has been delivered.
Reviewable cases
Tsara may review refund requests involving duplicate payments, billing mistakes, accidental overpayment, or a failure to begin agreed work within the confirmed timeline.
Custom agreements
If a project has a separate written agreement, that agreement controls the payment, cancellation, and refund terms for that project.
